Ability to have specific filters for Sprints and Backlog in Scrum Boards

      Summary:

      • Currently, when a Scrum Board has a filter set, it will filter issues in both the Sprint view and Backlog view. The backlog view also shows active and inactive sprints as well as the backlog itself. It would be a QoL improvement if we could filter issues shown in sprints in the Backlog view but not affect the Sprint view, e.g:

      Suggestion: 

      • The Backlog view filter is configured to not show issues with the Done status, therefore my active sprint will also not display completed tasks in backlog view;
      • The Sprint view filter is configured to show issues in all states, therefore we would also see all the issues in under the Done column in sprint view.

      Workaround:

      • None available at this moment. Filters modify both views and there is no way to hide issues in specific conditions in one view exclusively.
