Need Help to change Username and Email for Jira users.

      Hi Team,

      We are using JIRA Software 7.8.2 and our organization name is “Alliance Life Sciences Consulting Group”. Now we migrating our domain from alscg.com to eversana.com.

       So we have to update the email in Jira from alscg.com to eversana.com. currently, we have below setting for Jira users and we have to update Username and Email to new domain i.e eversana.com.

      Uesrname : FirstName.LastName@alscg.com
      Full Name : FirstName LastName
      Email : FirstName.LastName@alscg.com

       

      Can you guys please let us know the standard procedure to change Username and Email for Jira users.
