Issue Summary

Jira allows dashboards to be made public and shared with anonymous users by setting the right permissions. This work great for many gadgets. However, when adding a Sprint Burndown gadget it does not show on the dashboard appearing as blank.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a dashboard and share it with public
      2. In an agile project, create a board and make sure that the filter sharing is set to public
      3. Create a sprint if there is none in the project.
      4. Make sure to add 'Anyone' group to the 'Browse Project' permission
      5. Add a Sprint Burndown Gadget to the Dashboard after selecting the above sprint
      6. Try to view the shared dashboard with an anonymous user.

      Expected Results

The Sprint Burndown gadget will be displayed

      Actual Results

The Burndown Gadet is not displayed.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
