      Problem Definition

      JSWSERVER-10243 is apparently not totally solved. We have customer reports of the bug occurring again but we don't know what the trigger is.

      Suggested Solution

      Add a check to the integrity checker to verify if there are duplicate Epic-Story issue link types and delete the invalid ones.
