When creating an Epic in Jira and subsequently navigating to it, users may want to create stories under that Epic by clicking the '+' button right next to the header of the "Issues in Epic" panel.

However, since the last issue created was of Epic type, the dialog will have that issue type pre-selected and will therefore create a new Epic, which cannot be linked to the Epic that was just created.

The dialog triggered from there should either choose a different issue type to start with or not list the Epic issue type as an option.
