Description

Problem

Loading of Agile board can slow down due to the number of issues with subtasks.
For each subtask we are loading parent issue from database to get parentKey by parentId.
It trigger an extra db query for each issue having subtasks

Suggestion

Load all parents from index and init parentKey in one action
