Incorrect Permission level listed in Backing up data Documentation

Problem Definition

in the Documentation for Backing up data all Jira versions it states:

Note: For all of the following procedures, you must be logged in as a user with the Jira Administrators global permission.

Where in actuality you need to have Jira System Administrator to access the export and Import options. When you only have the Jira-Administrator global permission only External system import is available to you
