Steps:
1. Backup data from attached XML file.
2. Login as admin and goto Agile tab.
3. Select project as "Browse Project" and click "New card"

Result:
1. It keep on showing you wait image but don't proceed from that. No error message is also there.

Expected:
1. Better handling should be there, may be we can show error like JIRA shows when user try to save with default assignee for project like this.
