Summary
Service desk fields – including Customer Request Type & SLAs – do not show on Kanban boards or the Active Sprint view in Scrum boards.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a service desk project and some service desk issues.
- Ensure that the Request Type has a value.
- Create a Kanban board using the option "Existing Project..."
- Configure board > Card Layout > Select a Service Desk field, e.g. "Customer Request Type".
- Go back to board to verify if the field is displayed on board.
Expected Results
The field "Customer Request Type" should show on board. Note: Below screenshot taken from JSW 7.10.2 where it is working.

Actual Results
The field "Customer Request Type' is not showing on board.
Additional information
This is reproducible on JSW 7.11.x, JSW 7.12.x and looks like a regression as it is working on JSW 7.10.2. Service desk fields do render in the Backlog view of a Scrum board.
