Summary
When searching a group of issues in Issues > Search for issues - if the list spans multiple pages, Tools > Bulk Change > current page will always choose the results from the first page, regardless of the page you have navigated to.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Issues > Search for issues
- Perform a JQL search that returns more than 1 page of results
- Switch to a page, other than page 1, of the results
- Attempt to perform a bulk change on the page you are on using Tools > Bulk Change > current page
Expected Results
The bulk operation will be performed on the page you were viewing when selecting current page.
Actual Results
The list of issues will always be of the first page.
This was reproducible on a test instance of Jira 7.10.0, as well as on JAC itself.
Workaround
Explicitly search for the issues that would have been on that page.

At Atlassian, our goal is to ensure we’re providing the best experience for our customers. With our new Data Center strategy, Atlassian's focus is on security, compliance, and performance and is a key driver in prioritizing bugs. Closing the bugs that do not fall into those categories will allow us to focus on the ones in the most current versions of our products.
This bug is being closed due to a lack of engagement in the last four years, including no new watchers, votes, or comments; this inactivity suggests a low impact.
