      Problem Definition

      JIRA application loads slower in IE11, compared to Chrome browser – specifically the sidebars.

      Troubleshooting:

      • No error is returned in logs nor HTTP header trace
      • Tested IE with compatibility mode enabled, same slowness is observed

      Suggested Solution

      Enhance the performance with IE11

      Workaround

      Use other internet browsers instead of IE11
