Recreating a Kanban/Scrum project with the same project key will cause it to reuse the old workflow

Summary

Recreating a Kanban/Scrum project with the same project key will cause it to reuse the old workflow.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Scrum project with project key: AB, that will be supposed to create a new workflow.
2. Delete the project and recreate a Kanban project with the same project key: AB.

Expected Results

The secondly-created Kanban project will have its own new Kanban workflow.

Actual Results

The project uses back the old Scrum workflow instead.

Workaround

JIRA Software : Kanban / Scrum reuse the old workflow if the new project key is the same as the old project key.
