Hello,
When creating a commentary via IncomingMail, the persons or roles entered in the Notification Scheme for the event "Issue Commented" receive no notification.
The comments that are created via mail seem to be added as an attachment. -> The notification thus only accesses the event "Issued Updated".

The notification should also be received by the persons who are registered at the event "Issue Commented".
In addition, the notification at the event "Issue Commented" does not apply even if a comment is added during a workflow step. Behavior is ugly
Can you fix the error please?
We can not set the notification to the Issue Updated event because otherwise the users would receive a notification for every minor change.
