I am running the following on an evaluation license at localhost on a custom port (8080) and when I import from an external redmine server (version 3.3.0) I am stuck at the attached page the last 5 minutes.

Is the importer sending requests to redmine or do I need a public domain? I am asking for detailed documentation with respect to the network setup as we are considering Jira server and not Jira cloud and the easy way to setup Jira server for evaluation is through docker and our redmine server is over VPN.
