The only swimlane option today where you can order your swimlanes is the swimlanes based on "Queries"

Using any other swimlane option gives you (what it looks like) an arbitrary order of the swimlanes. It would be great if it could be possible to configure this if needed.

A simple JQL statement would probably do fine in these cases
