Page refresh on rank causes loss of inline edit field input variables

Problem Definition

In kanban and Scrum Boards, while inputing data to a field in the Issue Details Pane, such as a comment, as an inline edit, if a Rank operation is performed the page is refreshed which causes a set focus event to exit the field and the data being entered is lost.

Suggested Solution

Either:

• Allow admins to disable the auto refresh on boards that are causing the input variable to be lost
• OR Very Similar to the Feature Request https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-9292 which is to preserve persistent comment history so that if a field entry is lost mid chain a recovery option is available natively

Workaround

Is the same as JRASERVER-9292:
This can be worked around by third-party browser plugins such as Lazarus Form Recovery that save the form data in a database in the browser.
