"feature" prefix is not added to the branch name automatically when bugfix branch model is disabled in repository settings in Bitbutcket server.

Steps to Reproduce

Jira integrated with Bitbucket server.

1. Go Repository settings in Bitbucket Server
2. Select Branching model
3. Check "Use custom settings" in Project settings inheritance
4. Remove the check in Bugfix in Branch prefixes.
5. Press Save
6. Go Jira
7. Open an issue
8. Click "Create branch" in Development
9. Feature is selected in Branch type. but "feature" prefix is not added to the branch name.

Expected Results

Expected branch name:
feature/AAAA-1111-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Actual Results

Actual branch name:
AAAA-1111-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Workaround

Re-select "Feature" Branch type in Branch type dropdown list.
