      Problem Definition

      Currently, JIRA Administrators can always create and complete Sprints regardless whether they have the Manage Sprint permission. This behaviour is not recorded in any JIRA Software documentation.

      Suggested Solution

      Add information about this behaviour in JIRA Software Sprint related documentation.
