".trigger is not a function" error on adding attachment from Kanban board

    Description

      Summary

      The .trigger error is shown when an attachment is added to an issue from the Kanban board

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to a Kanban Board
      2. Select any issue. This will open the issue detailed view for that issue on the right side
      3. Select actions dropdown on the top right
      4. Select "attach files"

      Expected Results

      User is able to add attachment to that issue..

      Actual Results

      The below exception is thrown in the UI: 

      Exception: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'trigger' of undefined
