Summary
In JIRA 7.3.0 and earlier, user was able to print multiple cards from backlog and Active Sprint by selecting multiple issues and right-clicking to choose the "Print selected cards" option. In JIRA 7.3.6, the same feature is no longer available.
Steps to reproduce:
- Access a Scrum board.
- Click an issue, press Shift and proceed to select 2 other issues.
- Right click at one of the selected issue to see that print option is not shown.
Environment
JIRA 7.3.6, 7.4.3
Expected Results
JIRA shows "Print selected cards" after user selects multiple issues from Backlog/Active Sprint
Actual Results
JIRA does not shows "Print selected cards" after user selects multiple issues from Backlog/Active Sprint
Workaround
- Please click your Board's Board (top right) -> Configure -> Quick filter.
- From the quick filter, please add a filter which includes specific issue keys that you would like to print (eg: issuekey in (TEST-1, TEST-2)).
- Switch back to backlog view click on the newly created quick filter and click Board -> Print cards. This should allow you to print all the issues which is listed in the filter.
