Board vertical scroll bar obscured by the sprint panel

Expected

When accessing a board, the vertical scroll bar is always displayed.

Current Behaviour

The sprint panel overshadows the scroll bar, and if the number of tickets in the board is big enough, completely blocks it's view.

Workaround

Mouse scrolling works and will scroll the page up and down even though the bar is hidden.
