the quick filters are nice, but with a larger team and many issues the possibilities are too limited.

E.g. when you have a team of 10 ppl. you would need a quick filter for each of those alone and generate 10 quick filters (no you can't always use "current user" because in a daily standup situation the scrum master wants to filter the board for a specific team member and not only for his own issues).

It would also open up the possibility to structure large backlogs a bit better by creating custom fields with term lists that would only use up one quickfilter slot where I can select the value that I need.
