Progress of CSV improt through external system import is very slow, earlier this functionality was working well.

once the import starts, the progress is showing as 0% for more than 40 minutes for even less than 20 records.

When the progress start from 0 to 1 %, then it completes fast.

After the import process completes, link issue starts and its also take more time to complete. 

We are using the below version for jira-importers-plugin plugin.
