Summary

1. On Trac create tickets with no owner (unassigned)
2. Import trac to JIRA.

Expected Results

• Jira creates a ticket, and correctly leaves it unassigned.

Actual Results

JIRA creates a user anonymous and assigns the ticket to that user.

Workaround

• remove the wrong user manually.
