Rename a Closed Sprint without Re-opening it

      I have sprint users who have been trying to organize sprint reporting.  One item that keeps coming up is the editing of closed sprints, and specifically renaming closed sprints without affecting their current properties such as the start and closing dates.  Could the REST API be enhanced to allow editing of some of the sprint properties like name without having to affect the starting and closing dates?

            This should be linked to JSWCLOUD-17977. AND since JSWCLOUD-17977 appears to be getting fixed, this should be fixed at the same time.

            Interested, used to be able to do that in windows command line for Jira server, but I can't find the instructions for linux server.

            being able to rename a closed sprint seems like a bug-fix, not a feature. Renaming doesn't impact sprint metrics and shouldn't impact any of the data relationships as it's only a label, right? It is only a label because I see that the sprint has a number when I use advanced filters.
