Problem

When the project side-bar is collapsed, when you click the ... in the top left corner to see all the boards, there is no scrollbar here.

• If you expand the project side-bar, the scrollbar is available

Steps to Reproduce

• Create boards for a single project until the list is too long to be listed in a single view (I was able to reproduce this with about 20 boards in a single project)
  • The amount of boards needed will depend on the window resolution/size
• Navigate to the project page, ensure that the side-bar is collapsed
• Hover over the "..." to list all boards
  • Note that there is no scroll-bar available

Expected Results

There is a scrollbar on the right side of this panel, allowing users to scroll through the list to locate the relevant board, as well as use the "Create new board" link here.

Actual Results

• There is no scrollbar
• Users cannot easily navigate to other boards
• users cannot easily create new boards for this existing project

Workaround

Expand the project side-bar before checking the boards list.
