Limit Epic per project

      Problem Definition

      Currently, when an Epic is created and a user try to create a new issue, the can select any Epic that they want from the Epic name list. Customer would like option to limit Epic for specific project so user can select specific set of Epic for specific project.

      Suggested Solution

      Add similar context such as customfield context so Epic can be limited to projects.
