Kanban Boards should also offer a chart for Release Burndowns including forecasting. Instead of sprint velocity it should open/resolved issues per day as a metric, including the dosplay of added work after the release start.
I currently have to create these charts in Google Sheet, but from a premium priced Kanban Software I expect to have this functionality out of the box.

@https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?name=3396a522d0b8 WHAT! You want a functionality that millions of others want!! No Way! You cannot have this functionality because the "Powers to be" at Atlassian don't think they should provide something the users want. Six years since this was created and still not prioritized, clearly Atlassian knows better than us users who have to find alternative ways to build a chart that should be ootb in Jira.

Good job Atlassian! You have clearly shown how a PO should ignore what the users want and do what HE thinks is right. BRAVO!

been searching for this option on Jira enterprise only to realise that it doesn't exist. Why do we have to request such an obvious report?
