Status that contains a plus sign will break the link in Sprint Health Gadget

Summary

When there is a plus sign + in issue status the link generated by Sprint Health Gadget will lead to a page with broken JQL.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Scrum board with sample data called SSP board
2. Navigate to the sample project created in previous step and modify the workflow by changing the name of "TO DO" status to "TO + DO"
3. Add a Sprint Health Gadget to the dashboard and select "SSP board" in the configuration.
4. Click the link to view the To Do issue list as shown below :
   

Expected Results

JIRA opens Issue navigator with the JQL status in ("To + Do") AND Sprint = 1

Actual Results

JIRA opens Issue navigator with the JQL status in ("To Do") AND Sprint = 1
And following error are displayed in the issue navigator :

Notes

In the URL generated by gadget, the plus sign should be encoded to %2B to avoid this error.
