Re. Katarina, we still have the same in 8.20.6. English-only Jira, but ISO8601 active.

The same problem with the setting Use ISO8601 standard in Date Picker.

Even if the setting is set to yes is the Sunday still the first day in the week.

This is for Jira version 7.12.3

Occurrence factor 50% ?? It happens every time I have to start a sprint which I have been doing quite a few times over the last 2 years that this bug has existed. I cannot use the "Duration" selector as it borks the "End date" and locks the field, preventing me from correcting it, and I have to correct the 12-hours timestamp when using the datepicker.

This bug really isn't hard to fix and it's bugging a million people every 2 weeks.
