[JSWSERVER-15319] JIRA Software backlog throws "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'loadIssue' of null" when backlog icon is clicked multiple times

On the backlog view mode, when the issue detail view is loaded, and user clicks on backlog icon multiple times fast, javascript error thrown

Go to backlog view of JIRA Agile board (make sure the left sidebar is collapsed)
Click on any issues to load its issue detail view
Click fast on backlog icon (left sidebar) multiple time

The board will keep trying to load

Javascript error is thrown. The error message can be close, but user has to refresh the page again to load back the issue detail view.
