Problem Definition

Currently, the Velocity Chart does not consider sub-task estimates in it's calculations. Users would like the flexibility to choose whether to include sub-task estimates for this chart so that it utilizes the sum of the Original Estimate for both the parent issue and it's sub-tasks, rather than just the Original Estimate for the parent issue.

Suggested Solution

Allow for flexibility by implementing a option which allows users to decide whether to include sub-task estimates in the parent estimate for Velocity calculations.
