Summary

Adding a comment on an issue from the Board view and adding an attachment at the same time, ignores the comment and only submits the attachment.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the sprint board
2. Select any issue [preview on the right opens]
3. Write a comment but do not submit it
4. Add Files via the attachment icon in the comment section
5. Add a attachment

Expected Results

Both attachment as well as comment gets added to the issue

Actual Results

Only the attachment gets added, not the comment.
