Ability to map set of Sprints to Projects using Sprints and Sprints Scheme

      Currently the same list of sprints is visible across all the projects.

      I suggest a Project is associated to a Sprint Scheme and a Sprint Scheme has his own list of Sprints.

      This approach is aligned with Jira's approach towards configurations and gives full flexibility of configuration.
