Summary

When you select a story/issue in the Active sprints view of a scrum board, then you type e on the keyboard to show the edit issue dialog, then you select Cancel without changing anything, it will show up an incorrect warning message.

Environment

• JIRA Software 7.2.3
• Latest Google Chrome browser (version 54.0.2840.59)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a scrum board with sample data
2. Go to Active sprints view
3. Select any of the issue/story
4. Type e on the keyboard
5. The edit issue dialog will show up
6. Click on Cancel without changing/modifying anything

Expected Results

The edit issue dialog would just disappear as there is no changes been performed.

Actual Results

It shows the following warning message:

You have entered new data on this page. If you navigate away from this page without first saving your data, the changes will be lost.

Workaround

Open the issue/story in a new browser tab instead using the shortcut key
