In the Detail View of a project, Issue Links don't click through

    Description

      Problem Definition

      Currently, then browsing an issue in the Detail View of a project, clicking on an issue link within the detail view won’t take you anywhere

      Suggested Solution

       
      It would be ideal if clicking an issue link within the detail view would send you to issue (instead of doing nothing)

      Workaround 

      For now, you have to right-click and open the linked issue in a new tab or window
