add option to "Show Open" for "Issues in Epic" section of Epics

    Description

      When viewing a Task, there is an option to "Show Open" for the "Sub-Tasks" section of the Task.

      When viewing an Epic, there is no option to "Show Open" for the Tasks in the "Issues in Epic" section of the Epic.

      It's nice to be able to hide completed Issues to reduce visual clutter.
