We have our Jira install (recently upgraded to 6.2) connected to a GitHub account (to the Organization, actually). We are seeing the commits in the new Development panel, but not any of the Pull Request information. I have verified that the pull request contains the issue number in the title, but they are still not showing up in the Development panel.

Is this still an issue ? I am still seeing an issue when linked to Bitbucket on 6.3-OD-03-012 where if I include the info in the pull request title I don't see anything within the issue.

This issue has been fixed already and it should be available in the next JIRA OnDemand update

Just FYI at this point, we're also hitting this in JIRA OnDemand. Not sure on context, but we'd consider this more than a minor issue given the product announcement and previous guidance around 6.2. Thanks!
