The commit link to Stash from JIRA is using the Application URL instead of Display URL. The same problem with the Branch link.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set up JIRA and Stash on localhost
2. Configure application link using localhost
3. Update Display URL to use jira:8080 and stash:7990
4. Update base URL to be the same as Display URL
5. Open the commits in JIRA issue from Development Panel
6. Click on the commit link

Expectation

The link to use Display URL as it should be.

Actuality

The link is using Application URL instead.
