Once a user configures an Application Link from JIRA to Stash using a domain name instead of the localhost, the application links seems to be correctly created. However, when a user tries to create a Branch from any JIRA issue, it seems that the page redirect the user to localhost instead of the domain name.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install clean JIRA and Stash with the latest versions.
2. Go to Application Links in JIRA and configure it so that:
   • Application URL: http://localhost:7990/stash
   • Display URL: http://test.com:7990/stash
3. After the Application Links configured, navigate to any issue in JIRA, and then click on Create Branch
4. Notice the link you are directed to, is localhost:7990/stash instead of test.com:7990/stash

This behavior also affects the Application Navigator for JIRA, whereby it directs to localhost:7990/stash instead of test.com:7990/stash.
