Up till now the source tab (showing info from fisheye and stash) was always shown on the view issue page even though the same information can be consulted from the development status summary panel.
When an application link supports two-legged authentication and the linked instance has all the required capabilities the information in shown in the development status summary and thus the builds tab should be hidden.
