On Demand User name with spaces causes rapid board to enter redirect loop

If a username contains space(s) (Ie. Bob Holness), then the project work board will not work properly

Steps to replicate:
1.Create a user with spaces (Ie. Bob Holness)
2. Navigate to a board (or manage boards).
3. Watch the redirects flow.
