Summary

When trying to upload an attachment to an issue through the Kanban board, the attachment will be duplicated in the issue.

Environment

JIRA 7.2,7.3 Server.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new Kanban board.
2. Create some test issues.
3. Click on a issue from the Kanban board, the issue details will pop out from the side.
4. Upload an attachment into the issue from the Kanban board

Expected Results

A popup will appear with the message that the attachment is added successfully.

Actual Results

The popup will appear at least twice and duplicate attachments are added.

Workaround

Attach the attachments into the issue directly from the issue page instead of from the Kanban board.
