Ability to select the position for remaining issues on sprint completion

Problem Definition

Closing a sprint no longer places the uncompleted issues on the top of the backlog. Instead, remaining issues will be arranged based on their rank when they were first added to the sprint. This can cause some confusion, as issues may end up being mixed with other open issues.

Suggested Solution

Would be nice to have the ability to select where to place the remaining issues on the backlog / next sprint. (top / bottom / based on rank)
