      We would like to be able to use JQL to search for when Epic Links have been changed. Currently, Jira does not save the history of Epic Link changes so we are unable to use the CHANGED keyword.

            For those who still waiting for the solution

            As a workaround, you can track Epics Links changes with Issue History for Jira app. It allows you to see the history of any field.

            Here is an example with time spent, but you can add any field, including Epics Links:
