Deleting an Original Estimate doesn't reduce the remaining hours curve in the charts

Situation:

• Enter an Original Estimate
• Delete the original estimate

Consequence
The time remaining is augmented by the old original estimate in the charts.

Cause:
JIRA logs a change item (TIMEESTIMATE) for this transaction

FIX:
Ignore all change logs triggered by the ORIGINAL TIME ESTIMATE field
