Commit log comments are truncated when referencing an issue in a #comment directive

If a commit has a quote such as:

ABC-123 #comment This should actually fix it, but I can't fully verify until ABC-456 is fixed.

It will be truncated at the point that an issue key is next mentioned, so it will show up as

This should actually fix it, but I can't fully verify until

It should display the full comment on ABC-123.
