Sync Failed: Error during sync. See server logs on OnDemand account

      I just tried to hook up our company github account to our new atlassian instance, but unfortunately I'm met with the above error.

      I'm on an OnDemand instance, so I don't think i have access to the logs. Our main domain is neteffsol.atlassian.net.
