Summary

Velocity chart includes an estimation of Story that is completed outside the Sprint.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a project and a board with Story Point as estimation
2. Create 2 Sprints (Sprint 1 and 2), a few issues, estimate each of them and assign to the Sprint 1
3. Start Sprint 1
4. Complete an issue (i.e ABC-1) by dragging to the right most column (i.e move to Closed)
5. Reopen it by moving it to the left most column
6. Complete Sprint 1 and move the incomplete issues (ABC-1) to Sprint 2
7. Go to ABC-1 and move to Closed status
8. Create some issues, estimate them and assign to Sprint 2
9. Start Sprint 2 and complete it.

Current Result

• Velocity Chart includes the estimation of ABC-1 in Commitment column while Burndown Chart doesn't include it.

Expected Result

• Velocity Chart doesn't include the estimation of ABC-1 in Commitment column just like Burndown Chart as the issue is complete outside the Sprint.
