Comments obfuscated when renderer attempts to create Fe/Cru link without an application link to Fisheye/Crucible

    Description

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Software Server. Using JIRA Software Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      An OnDemand instance with no Fisheye or Crucible links has the following behaviour:
      Current:

      • Add a comment to an issue with wiki-style renderer
      • Include the text 
        r42
      • Preview or Add comment
      • The 'r42' text will not be displayed

      Expected:

      • Without a trusted authentication link between JIRA and Fisheye the test is rendered as 'r42' without any hyperlink
